Daniel Law Firm is a quality law firm made up of three attorneys located here in Memphis. We limit our practice to personal injury, wrongful death, workers compensation, family law, probate, and misdemeanor criminal offenses. We are experienced trial attorneys and are not afraid to fight for you. We do not represent insurance companies.

Lundy W. Daniel

Lundy Daniel was born and raised in Raleigh, Mississippi. He attended college at the University of Mississippi (B.B.A. 1963) and then law school at Memphis State University (J.D. 1968). He is a member of the Memphis and Shelby County and Tennessee Bar Associations, the Memphis Trial Lawyers Association, the Tennessee Trial Lawyers Association, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, and the Christian Legal Society.

Elizabeth K. Daniel

Elizabeth was born in New Orleans, Louisiana. She attended the University of Mississippi (B.A. 1990, cum laude) and then Cecil C. Humphrey's School of Law at Memphis State University (J.D. 1995). She was admitted to practice in Tennessee in 1995. She is a member of the Memphis Bar Assocation, Tennessee Bar Association, American Bar Associations, as well as the Tennessee Trial Lawyers Association.

 

Ben L. Daniel

Born in Memphis, Ben also attended the University of Mississippi (B.B.A. 1990) and Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law at Memphis State University (J.D. 1993). He was admitted to practice in Tennessee in 1993. He is a member of the Memphis, Tennessee, and American Bar Associations, the American Association of Trial Attorneys, and the Tennessee Trial Lawyers Association.

 

 

 James "Jay" Patterson

James "Jay" Patterson was born and raised in Memphis. He attended the Millsaps College (B.A. 2005) and then Cecil C. Humphrey's School of Law at the University of Memphis (J.D. 2010, cum laude). He was admitted to practice in Tennessee in 2010 and Mississippi in 2011. He is a member of the Memphis Bar Assocation, Tennessee Bar Association, and the Mississippi Bar Association.
